This is something that 95% of people are NOT aware of. Most will feel there is nothing wrong with them and feel that’s just how life is. Which is true to an extent. There are ways to decrease it.

I’m sure everyone has had some experience of one or more of those problems listed above and they are not be taken lightly.
If you notice the patterns in the way someone is speaking, the way they view life, the things they do that don’t make sense, then reach out to them and have a heart to heart conversation to target the root of the issue.
Prayer towards the betterment of another’s life other than your own is actually beneficial to the both of you.
“If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.””

If you don’t know how to pray, it is simply having a conversation with God. Don’t be discouraged because you’re not as spiritually strong as you would like. Everything takes time to grow. Plant the seed, pay attention to watering and nurturing it daily.
Lay a brick everyday and put forth the effort to do or say something GOOD.
You the person who is reading this post right now… Please know that whatever hardship, trial, tribulation and adversity you may be going through RIGHT NOW is a storm that has come to pass.
Trust that the situation and circumstance you are currently in is building the STRENGTH you need in order to move forward confidently knowing that it will not break you; mentally or spiritually.
I send up genuine, positive, loving, powerful prayers to you for your mental health that you have the resilience to bounce back from whatever holds weight to your mental.
The challenges in which you face, I pray you have the understanding that these are tests to build you UP.
